I got my second lobes done here many years ago and came back to get a rook and conch piercing on my right ear. Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel right at home! I wasn't rushed through the jewelry selection at all and they explained every step of the piercing process when it was time to get it done. I'm extremely happy with what we went with for my ear and I felt like I was in good hands for making sure they heal happily and look good. Can't recommend this place enough!

Adorn West is my go to piercing shop for sure. They have great jewelry options, SO many knowledgeable staff, and the best and friendliest piercers! Whether you need a new piercing, new jewelry or even your jewelry changed, you can get it done here in the best way. I have VERY temperamental ears and have had great success at Adorn. And they're so great at giving advice, even if it means you wont be spending more money which is a win in my book.

I brought my teen daughter in today to get her ears pierced at her request and we had an excellent experience. Casey was our piercer and she was awesome, explaining everything fully to put my daughter at ease. The gentleman at the front counter was really helpful too. It’s more expensive than Claire’s for ear piercing, but for the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and the quality of the jewelry I’m fully satisfied with the price we paid. I absolutely would come here again. 100% recommend!

My wife and I had the best experience at Adorn West. I had ordered a custom piece for her birthday, and there was a small speed bump in getting that sorted, but Lane went above and beyond to help us. Lane was so kind and helpful and we got my wife her piece and it was expertly installed by Cherish. They were wonderful as well! Thank you so much Lane for your help, you deserve a raise, a bonus, and everything you ever want in life!
